By commissioning me for custom artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below:- GENERAL DISCLAIMERS- I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.-Even if you've commissioned me before please come back and read this over just in case anything has been changed or added- The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.- PAYMENT & FEES-Payment is due in full upfront.
and all payment is done through PayPal invoice using USD.-Any issues regarding payments not going through or charge backs MUST be discussed with me ASAP.-A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines. Which will be an additional $10 charge if needed within a few days.-I will NOT be taking any commissions that are revolved around a mash up of images, sprites, written designs or black/white images. This will take too much time and far too many revisions.-Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions. So please be clear on exactly what you want. These charges can be between $5-15.-If designs are far too complicated or require a lot of attention to detail, an additional charge will be discussed that will be added to the set price of the commission.- CLIENT REQUIREMENTS-With as much detail as you can, please write a full description of what you'd like for your commission.-Provide multiple references of the characters or oc you'd like drawn.-I'm willing to accept any moodboards that will help give me an idea of what the character is like but this CANNOT be the only references provided.-If there is a specific pose you'd like, you're more than welcome to provide that!-YOU as the client are responsible for any details that you want to appear in the commission so the final product is to your satisfaction. If you feel as though something will be let out, PLEASE TELL ME.Carefully read through the ToS and Commission Information.- PROCESS & WORK SCHEDULE-The resolution I work with is 4x4 (1400x1400) or 4x5 (1400x1750) canvas size at 350 dpi. These are the dimensions I'm comfortable with and offer the best for my work. If this is an issue, please discuss that with me. All final products will be emailed.-A sketch will be sent before the commission will continue.-All WIP's will be sent to the preferred email or DM system you'd like. Just be sure to respond in a timely manner.-The sketches will be sent at a much lower resolution.- Deadlines will be completed in a timely manner. If you need it by a certain time, please let me know. Like stated before if needed within a few days a $10 charge will be added to the set commission price.-My time will be from two week to at the latest a month to complete.-I will do what I can to get your commission done as soon as possible. I have a job during the day and spend a few days with my partner. To get the best work out of me please allow me to take my time.-Do NOT ask for updates until a week after the sketch has been provided. I will usually update you as I go. If you proceed to ask for updates multiple times after, they will be ignored.-Please do not ask for updates when you see me post gift art or fan art on my page. I have a page to still run and taking a break from commissions to draw what I normally draw helps keep the creative juices flowing.- REVISIONS-One major revision is allowed in the sketch phase and no additional charge will happen.-Excessive revisions from that point forward will come with charges. Ranging from $1-$5-If I made an error there will not be a charge.-Any major changes once the final product is done will be charged. $5 dollar charges.-It is up to MY discretion on what a major and minor change will be.- COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY-I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.-I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media. Please let me know if you'd wish for it NOT to be posted.-I reserve the right to use the commission as an example for future commission sheets.-I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork. Please let me know if you dont want me to.-Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.-The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights.-You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.-For commercial use, you must purchase the rights from me at 300% the original price.-Credit is still required when using any of my work for commercial use.+You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways-Print for personal use.-Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.-Use the artwork as reference for a study.-Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.+You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:-Claim the artwork as yours.-Remove my watermark/signature.-Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.-Color in my sketches or lineart.-YOU MAY NOT USE MY ART WORK FOR NFT'S OR A.I USE. THESE WILL BE QUICKLY DEALT WITH AND YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED.-Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.- CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS-Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.-You may cancel the commission any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.-I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time. Your money will be 100% refunded to you.-You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.- COMMISSION INFOThese will go through what I will and will not draw!WILL DRAW:

-Fetish art ((If your NSFW request is fetish, must discuss with me))-EXTRAS-If a background is requested, depending on how much is asked, an additional charge will be added and vary.-WILL NOT ACCEPT MORE THAN TWO CHARACTERS PER CANVAS-WILL NOT ACCEPT MORE THAN 1 COMMISSION PER PERSON.-I will only take 3 slots at a time. Please ask if there are any open. If you're interested in sitting in queue, please let me know! I will send a message once another commission has reached coloring level.-Have references READY, if not prepared your spot will be taken by another who was prepared.-Spot is not saved until everything is provided and agreed upon. So please make sure everything is ready and you respond in a timely manner.
